1. Plans and prices
Plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page. The price applied is the one in force on the date of each invoice.
2. Trial, payment and renewal
Each workspace starts with a free trial. The subscription is then paid in advance, monthly or yearly: an invoice is issued before each due date and is paid from the Subscription page. There is no automatic debit.
3. Plan changes
Moving to a higher plan: the price difference is invoiced pro rata for the remaining period, and the new plan applies as soon as it is paid. Moving to a lower plan: applied at the next due date, without refund of the current period, and only if current usage fits its limits.
4. Non-payment
If payment is not received by the due date, a grace period is granted before the workspace is suspended. Data is kept during suspension, and access is restored as soon as payment is received.
5. Cancellation and refunds
The customer can cancel at any time; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Refund conditions will be specified during the legal review.
