Do I need to install anything?
No. Sila runs in the browser, on computers and phones. On a phone, you can add it to the home screen.
Is my industry supported?
Templates are ready for 17 industries, and a generic template fits any sales activity. You can then add your own fields and stages.
Can I change industry later?
Yes. The items of the new industry are added; nothing is deleted from your data.
Which languages?
English, French and Arabic (right-to-left display). Each user picks their language.
How do I import my lead file?
From the import screen: drop your Excel or CSV file, check the column mapping and the preview, then confirm. Duplicates are flagged.
Who can see my data?
Only members of your workspace, according to their role. Other companies never have access.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, the administrator chooses a plan from the Subscription page; without payment, the workspace is suspended after a grace period and the data is kept.
How do I pay?
From the Subscription page of your workspace, against invoice. Payment by bank transfer against invoice. Online payment (SlickPay in dinars, international cards in foreign currencies) is in preparation.
Can I get my data back?
Yes, you can export your leads, activities and opportunities to Excel at any time.
